Acceptable Use Policy

jAdvertisement reviews sponsored email campaigns before they run. This policy explains what advertisers need to provide and what we will not accept.

Campaigns we do not accept

We do not accept campaigns with deceptive claims, misleading subject lines, fake sender information, phishing, malware, fake forwards or replies, hidden content, scraped data, harvested lists, or offers that break the law or sending-platform rules.

Advertiser requirements

Advertisers must provide accurate business information, a working landing page, clear offer details, required disclosures, and a valid way to contact the business. Claims, prices, deadlines, and creative must be truthful and supportable.

Permission and unsubscribe standards

Marketing emails must have the right permission or legal basis, include a clear opt-out path, and honor unsubscribe requests. We keep unsubscribe records so removed addresses are not intentionally added back later.

To report a problem, email [email protected]. If you can, include the email, full headers, sender address, campaign link, and a short note about what happened.
