jAdvertisement helps businesses advertise through sponsored email blasts. Businesses may contact us to ask for rates, send an offer, share creative, or ask about timing.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, business name, website, offer details, timing, creative files, and messages about a possible placement.

Subscriber and advertising data

jAdvertisement sells ad placements, not subscriber contact lists. Advertisers do not receive subscriber email addresses unless a subscriber decides to contact them directly.

Campaign data may be used to review, schedule, send, support, and report on a placement. Reporting can include the send date, delivered volume, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and other metrics the platform provides.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, review campaign fit, provide rates or availability, prepare placements, maintain unsubscribe records, prevent abuse, and keep normal business records.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business or deliver the requested service, or when required by law. We keep information only as long as needed for the reason it was collected, business records, security, unsubscribe handling, or legal obligations.
